1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or playing ZERRAWING at zerrawing.com (the "Game"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game. The Game is operated from Türkiye ("we", "us").

2. The Game

ZERRAWING is a free-to-play browser flight game. All aircraft, worlds, names, and characters in the Game are entirely fictional. We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Game at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under the age required to consent to purchases in your country, you may only make purchases with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Virtual Currency and Purchases

• The Game uses a virtual currency ("Coins"). Coins can be earned through gameplay or purchased in optional coin packs.
• Coins have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable.
• All purchases are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd / Paddle.com Inc. ("Paddle"). Paddle handles payment, applicable taxes, receipts, and buyer support for the transaction. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to your purchase.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, Paddle's refund policy, and applicable consumer law. Coins already spent in the Game are generally not refundable.
• Prices may change at any time; changes do not affect completed purchases.

5. Your Account and Save Data

Game progress may be stored locally in your browser and, where account features are available, on our servers. We are not responsible for progress lost due to cleared browser storage on devices without an account. We may suspend or terminate access in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: exploit bugs for unfair advantage; use bots, scripts, or automation; attempt to manipulate the virtual economy; reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Game; or interfere with the Game's operation or other players.

7. Intellectual Property

The Game, including its code, artwork, names (ZERRAWING, NW-1 SPARROW, NW-3 FALCON, VX BOLT, AURORA-9, Lazur Isles, Neon City, Zerra), and all related content, is our property and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the Game for entertainment purposes.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Game. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumers have under mandatory applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
